This call is different. You'll share your screen, I'll look at your actual account, and within twenty minutes I'll have a clear picture of what's broken and why. You walk away with a diagnosis - not a pitch.

What actually happens on the call
20 minutes. No filler.
Pull up your Google Ads account. That's all I need. No spreadsheets, no reports prepared in advance - the live account tells me enough to get going.
I work through the account in a specific order. We'll review tracking integrity, hygiene & campaign structure. Each layer either confirms the account is sound on the surface or surfaces the next problem.
I'll tell you what I found, what it's likely costing you, and what the priority fix is. If the account is in good shape, I'll tell you that too. There's no incentive for me to manufacture problems.
What you walk away knowing
Most consultations leave you with questions. This one doesn't.
You'll also know whether working together makes sense. That's a two-way assessment - I'm not looking to take on every account, and you shouldn't be looking to work with everyone who'll have you.

Yes. No card details. No obligation. Some calls lead to an engagement, some don't. Either way you'll walk away with something useful.
Nothing. Just have access to your Google Ads account so you can share your screen. If you have a rough sense of your margins and monthly ad spend, that context is useful — but not required.
That's precisely when this call is most valuable. A messy account isn't embarrassing — it's a problem with a solution. The accounts I look at most often are ones that have been through multiple agencies and accumulated years of structural debt. That's fine.
At the end of the call I'll let you know whether I think there's a fit, and what working together would look like if so. That's the extent of it. If the account is in good shape, or if it needs something outside my focus area, I'll say so.

I don't take every account — there are situations where the unit economics or offer make Google Ads a difficult channel regardless of account quality. If that's the case, I'd rather tell you on the call than take a retainer.
